Description
SpectroTrack is an Information Management System (IMS) optimized for laboratories that specialize in the analysis of in-service (used) lubricants in support of machine condition monitoring applications. SpectroTrack, a web based application, functions as a storage entity of results obtained through oil analysis run on analytical instruments, such as instrumentation provided by Spectro. The results are then presented to the user to aid in making maintenance decisions based on machine condition therefore increasing asset availability, reducing unscheduled maintenance due to machine failures, and also extend oil drain intervals.
The software comes pre-configured to automatically import data obtained from Spectro products. It can also integrate with Non-Spectro instrumentation as well as other predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration, thermographic and performance data. The database is also configured to keep record of asset information relating to service intervals, maintenance actions, locations, status, etc.
SpectroTrack comes fully integrated with the Spectro Inc. instrument line including:
